ABOUT THE CLIENT

The Smile Studio is a dental office located in Orem, UT that provides dental care for all ages. They had not previously done any online marketing, and wanted to enhance their online presence.

 

OUR GOAL

To increase the number of new patients scheduled for Implants, Veneers and Wisdom Teeth treatments and improve the customer service provided by their front office staff.

 

Our solution

  • Planned and launched a Facebook Ad Campaign to promote Implant and Veneer treatments.
  • Devised new strategies for new patient intakes to increase the percentage of patient leads who schedule an appointment.
  • Designed and developed an advertising-optimized website based on their current website.
  • Provided new telephone training strategies for front office staff to improve customer service.

 

The Results

  • Received an average of 40 new leads per month.
  • Received an average of 12 new scheduled patients per month.
  • Over 70% of inquiries were for implants.
  • Over 60% of inquiries were on Sundays or Mondays.
  • Increased the number of followers on Facebook from 387 to over 544.
  • Average of 1,480 people per month taking action on Facebook.
  • Average of 33,000 people per month reached on Facebook.
